Akin Inspection has been locally owned and operated since 1991.  Akin Inspection has more than thirty years of experience as a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector and has performed well over 9,500 inspections, which includes, pre-listing, pre-existing, new construction, and commercial. Akin inspection has previously worked as an independent contractor for five years making repairs on pre-existing homes and VA foreclosures.   

We ensure the most personal home inspection for all clients. Whether a client has one or a dozen of questions, we will spend as much time as the client needs walking through the property and inspection report.
